Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information GT Studios collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers gtstudios.design, our lead alert text messages, and the website forms we run for our clients.
Who we are
GT Studios designs, builds and manages websites for small and local businesses. In this policy, "GT Studios", "we" and "us" mean GT Studios. You can reach us at hello@gtstudios.design.
Information we collect
- Contact and project inquiries. When you contact us, we collect what you enter, such as your name, email, phone number, business name, location and project details.
- Lead alert signups. When a client signs up for lead alerts, we collect their name, business name, mobile number, and optionally their email and website, along with a record of their consent.
- Client website form submissions. When someone fills out a form on a website we manage for a client, we process what they enter, such as name, phone number, email, address and the service requested, so we can deliver it to that business.
- Voice and chat conversations. If you talk to our AI assistant by phone or on our website, the conversation may be recorded and summarized so we can follow up with you.
- Basic site analytics. We use privacy-friendly analytics to see page views and general traffic trends. This does not identify you personally.
How we use information
- To reply to inquiries and provide our services
- To send lead alerts to the business owners who signed up for them
- To deliver client website form submissions to the business they were meant for
- To keep our websites and services secure and working properly
- To meet legal obligations
Text messaging (SMS)
We send lead alert text messages only to business owners and their staff who opted in on our lead alert signup page. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share mobile numbers only with the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With the business you contacted, when you submit a form on a website we manage for them
- With service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting, form processing, email delivery, text message delivery and phone services, who may use it only to provide those services to us
- When required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of GT Studios, our clients or others
How long we keep information
We keep information only as long as we need it to provide our services, keep records of consent, and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we handle. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any lead alert text to stop receiving them.
- Email hello@gtstudios.design to access, correct or delete your information.
Children
Our services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
