These terms cover your use of gtstudios.design and our lead alert text message program. By using the site or signing up for lead alerts, you agree to them.
Lead alert text messages
- Program. GT Studios Lead Alerts sends a text to a business owner or their staff when a customer submits a form on that business's website.
- Who receives them. Only people who opted in on our lead alert signup page. Signing up is optional and is not required to work with us.
- What they contain. The customer's name, phone number, the service they asked about and their address, as entered on the form.
- Frequency. Message frequency varies based on how many customers submit the form.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- Opt out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will get one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed.
- Help. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@gtstudios.design.
- Delivery. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Alerts are a convenience, so please also check your email or client dashboard if you are expecting a lead.
- Privacy. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. We never share mobile numbers for marketing.
Using this website
You may use gtstudios.design to learn about our services and contact us. Please don't misuse the site, including by trying to disrupt it, access it without permission, or submit false or harmful information through its forms.
Our content
The design, text, graphics and other content on this site belong to GT Studios or are used with permission. Client work is shown with our clients' permission and remains theirs. Please don't copy or reuse our content without written permission.
Client services
Website builds, hosting, Get Found and AI receptionist services are provided under a separate agreement with each client. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the client agreement controls.
No warranties
This site and our lead alerts are provided "as is". We work to keep them accurate and available, but we don't guarantee they will always be error free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, GT Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our lead alert messages, including missed or delayed alerts.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
